Refaat B. Sami

Refaat Sami has over 35 years of experience in the general contracting and construction services industry after graduating from the Engineering School (Cairo-Egypt). He has extensive experience managing private and public works projects in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Sami has successfully completed multi-million dollar projects for clients in the residential, retail, commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors. Over the course of his career, Mr. Sami has gained invaluable experience in managing manpower, budgeting, scheduling, quantity surveying, material procurement, and construction safety practices.   
Mr. Sami has previously served as a senior Project Manager for several construction companies.

  

In addition to his general contracting and construction experience, Mr. Sami is a licensed Class 1 DSA Project Inspector and has served as inspector of record for many projects involving federal funds.
